Healthy Chocolate Brownies

And we have already reached the Easter weekend and that's why I decided to dedicate myself to this Saturday's recipe, to a sweet.

The kids here at home love chocolate, so I decided to make some healthy Chocolate Brownies.

They are so easy to make and best of all, they are free from processed sugar.

And, I was even happier, because my husband is not a fan of chocolate, but after he tasted this brownies, he was completely in love! He couldn't stop eating :) The brownies were really delicious.

And the fact that they are sugar free, I am even happier, as it is possible to enjoy really healthy sweets.

But let's skip to the recipe and show you step by step!

How can we make delicious healthy Brownies?

First we need dark chocolate and coconut oil.

I normally use dark chocolate 100% from organic farming and coconut oil 100% organic and the best is that it replaces butter.

Powdered cacao is also 100% organic and raw.

Coconut sugar is 1000000 times better than refined sugar and the taste is incredibly good!

The steps to follow for this delicious recipe are:

First melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.

Then aside, beat the eggs with the coconut sugar and only stop stirring when they are well wrapped.

Then, add the melted dark chocolate with the eggs and the sugar coconut you just mixed.

Wrap everything well.

Then slowly add the coconut flour, wrapping well each time you add flour. After completing this step, slowly add the cocoa powder. Add a little salt and a teaspoon of baking powder.

After everything is well wrapped, add the chocolate chips that will add an extra flavor to the brownie. Chocolate will always be chocolate. :)

Then put it in the oven at 180º for 20m. (before, you need to pre-heat the oven)

Just a tip: if you notice that after mixing all the ingredients, the dough became too thick, you can add a little more coconut oil.

How do you know when the Brownies are ready?

I always use the toothpick trick, preferably a long toothpick, and if after the recommended time they are wet inside, it is a good sign and it is time to remove it from the oven, as they are ready to leave the oven!

After they are out, let them cool down a little bit and then after you can cut in pieces!

If you try this recipe, you can leave a comment to say your experience about this delicious brownies!

I didn’t put any topping, but you can have extra chocolate, or eat with ice cream. It’s super delicious too!

Enjoy!
