Healthy Homemade Waffles

Kids love waffles, and making them here at home in a healthy way, gives me more happy when I see them loving it and knowing that it is good for them in terms of health.

The good thing about this is that you can freeze them, and the kids can take them in their snack boxes to school. Of course, we have to defrost the amount we want to defrost the night before.

And you can put on your favorite topping. It can be honey, hot chocolate, agave syrup, or fruit cut into pieces, or even with the strawberry jam I made last week, we use a lot here at home.

I love making these waffles, and I love it even more, when my kids tell me they are loving the smell that waffles leave around the house when they are being cooked in the waffle maker.

As a Mother, like so many others, who like to prepare sweets for their family in a healthy way, I do not have to feel ashamed to say that they prefer their children to eat sweets made without sugar and in a healthier way. I am super proud or happy when my children do not appreciate cakes loaded with sugar and full of other chemicals. And we don't have to be afraid to talk about it.

I prefer to do something that I know what I'm putting thousand times over than to buy at the supermarket and read the ingredients in which half do not even know what it is. And we all know that it doesn't do well!

But luckily we all know that we can make healthy sweets, especially waffles, which is a cake that practically all children like.

But let's get down to business and talk about this recipe.

First, insert the eggs into a container and beat them lightly. Then, put the coconut pad and stir well. Then honey and coconut oil. Stir well again. Then the vanilla extract and the yeast. Shake well. When everything is well involved, put the flour and mix very well, and we move on to the next step when everything is well engaged.

Preheat the waffle maker. If your waffle maker needs to be barred, do so so that the waffle is not stuck. I covered mine with coconut oil, but very lightly.
