How I organise my social media

Suppose you manage many social media accounts for work or pleasure, and maintaining them is time-consuming. In that case, consider the idea of using an organisational tool online. Of course, it's not just about the ease of using these tools and getting your life back on track; they also give you insight into your audience so that you can keep your posts consistent across all networks and platforms. There are so many to choose from SproutSocial, Hootsuite, and Buffer, to name but a few. It's hard to know what tool is best for your business, but there are some key things you should look out for.

METHOD OF POSTING

As with any social media tool, you should check if there is an option to schedule your posts in advance. This is a great way to keep abreast with your content and is perfect for any busy business owner. I usually schedule in Meta Business Suite, and it's a saving time! When you plan your month, you need to spend 2 hours of one day putting your monthly posts and reels out there!

AUDIENCE GRAPHICS

It's all very well knowing the size of your audience, but it's more important to know if this number is growing or dropping. So capture your audience regularly and check the demographics of new followers or those who have stopped following you over time. This will give you an idea of what kind of content they like to see. Or another way to engage with your audience is to ask directly in Stories and listen to their opinions and suggestions! It's a great way to know what they want to expect more from you!

MULTI-ACCOUNT SUPPORT

At some point, social media managers will have to deal with several different accounts, which means you should ensure your tool allows you to manage multiple accounts at once. This way, you can log in and out of each account individually. It's time-saving too!

PRICE

No, this doesn't mean how much you're willing to spend - it just means that you should check if any extra features are not included in the standard package. Some social media tools will charge for several parts or integrations, but if something would benefit you and your business, it may be worth paying for. An excellent example of this is Google Analytics integration.

SUPPORT OF DIFFERENT PLATFORMS

As every online business knows, you need to be where your audience is, not where you wish they were. So make sure your chosen tool supports your platforms, and remember niche platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, or Reddit. The choice is yours, but whatever you choose, it's a great way to get back on top of your social media. It will help you manage your time better and even provide helpful information you can use in your daily business. My favorites are Instagram and Pinterest, and I will work more on Linkedin. It's also a great platform to engage with your right audience or niche. So keep alive, and keep connected with your audience. I guarantee that you will grow whatever your business is.

To finish, my message to you is if you organise with discipline and put it like a habit in your daily life, you will feel so good about yourself that the next step is to find out how you can still grow more! That's why I'm passionate about professional organisation and mindset. Without these, it will be more challenging to give the next step in your life!

I hope this post was helpful to you!
